Luna and Gertrude travel to Australia (Jan 2024)
The Ferndale team has been wonderful throughout our furbabies\' journey back home. The team was always incredibly helpful, responsive and went above and beyond to look after our girls. You can really tell the whole team genuinely care about the animals in their care and treat them like family (special shoutout to Jessica, Fiona, Carmen and Dr Matthew!). Our girls spent three months with the team before their flight back to Australia (Melbourne first for quarantine and then on to Sydney) and we were always kept up to date daily about how they were doing. The girls were kept well exercised, fed and entertained! We and our girls were so very fortunate to have them in the care of the Ferndale team and we will always be eternally grateful for all their help. The girls have arrived home now after their time in quarantine in Melbourne and are enjoying eating mangos and basking in the Aussie sunshine out on the deck. Little Gerdy isn't too excited about the cockatoos in the backyard however!
