Clover travelling to the USA (Sep 2023)
Thank you so much to Ferndale! Clover, our red toy poodle stayed for 3+ weeks before flying from Hong Kong to JFK. The Ferndale staff are very professional and caring. They made sure that Clover was comfortable and safe in the kennel and not feeling lonely. They gave extra attention to Clover, since she likes to stick around people and sometimes a bit naughty. Clover was very happy during her stay at Ferndale Kennels and Cattery, Additionally, the staff demonstrated excellent skills handling pet transporting. They provided us very detailed information about each step so that we were worry-free for this long trip. Clover arrived in US safe and sound. Thanks to the entire team, Clover is enjoying her new life here at our home in US.
