Kiera moving to Hong Kong from the UK (August 2023)
Ferndale looked after the import of our Doberman Kiera and through their clear and prompt communication made the process straightforward and less stressful. Further to arranging all the paperwork required for import they greeted Kiera at the airport and safely transported her to our home. We were notified of each stage of the process from when Kiera landed (together with photos of Kiera at the terminal) to when the driver left. The whole team clearly have a great concern for the welfare of the animals they are handling, the driver was also very kind to her which we were so grateful of after her long journey. Kiera has enjoyed a couple of gentle walks since she arrived last night and slowly acclimatises, there are lots of interesting new smells to enjoy!
