I chose Ferndale because it was recommended by a friend, and she was absolutely right.
The front-line staff, Christy, was very helpful and always responded promptly whenever I had questions by email. Pet relocation is complicated and very stressful, but Christy made everything go smoothly.
I still remember that even the quarantine staff at Haneda Airport commented on how clear, well-organized, and professionally prepared all the documents from Ferndale were.
I would highly recommend Ferndale.
