Ah Fey Moving To Australia (Jan 2024)
In my four years of living in Hong Kong, I crossed path with many greedy individuals and charlatans. During the process of exporting our cat Ah Fey to Sydney, my wife and I were told outright lies and exaggerated complexity of tasks. We were fortunate to obtain a quotation from Ferndale which did not appear high up in the Google search. Their quotation was substantially lower than the competitors and advised us to use Qantas which does not accepts snubnose cats without extra tests. Their Export Manager, Carmen was outstanding in overseeing the end-to-end process. A timeline was drawn up delineating the responsibilites of both parties.. The home visit by their veterinary staff averted any concerns of the tight schedule. From the time stamps of the email, Carmen sent email of progress and reminders outside of office hours. I recommend Ferndale very highly with their goal drive rather process driven mindset.
