Hi Matthew,

Everything worked out just fine, the officers at Narita were aware of the case thanks to your help. Genki was a bit anxious and nervous once she saw us at the airport (and also had a little accident in her cage) but all went well and she is all healthy and happy in her new home in Japan. Attaching a photo of her taken from her latest walk in the neighborhood!Thanks again for all you have done, we really appreciate it!
