From: New Zealand To: Singapore (April, 2024)
We recently moved from New Zealand to Singapore in March. Wendy helped us to transport our 2 year old Frankie (Maltese cross). She was super responsive, friendly and professional. Frankie’s cargo flight was cancelled on the day and had to fly with a later flight. Due to the late arrival, Frankie couldn’t get home on the same night. Wendy kindly offered to check on Frankie at the ground handling facility and gave us update on Frankie. This brought us so much comfort knowing Frankie’s doing well especially when things didn’t happen according to plan. We can’t thank Wendy and Ferndale enough for what they’ve done. We will definitely recommend Ferndale’s services to others who are looking to relocate their pets!
