Aslam’s import from Valencia to Hong Kong (February 2023)
Dear Steve, Fiona, Administration Team, Vets and Associates, Firstly a big thank you for the impeccable handling of Aslam’s import from Valencia to Hong Kong. He arrived on Friday night in perfect health albeit a little jet-lagged and confused by his new surroundings. He is slowly getting used to his new environment and the ‘unusual’ feeding times. But most of all he is loving being reunited with the family and couldn’t be happier.
We wanted to commend you on the excellent service, detailed communication and professionalism of the whole process. It was smooth from beginning to end and we would certainly recommend Ferndale Kennels to others thinking of making the same move. I have attached some pictures of the sleepy boy.
