Georgina to the UK (Nov 2022)
Dear Steve and Ferndale Team, Flora and Darren,
Thank you, Thank you, thank you all!!
Firstly, I would like to thank you all for a fabulous service. My Dog Georgina is now safe and sound in the UK with my family. Photos – gone for her first walk!! . The entire team were very attentive and my 11 year old dog got back to the UK after nearly 32 hours via Frankfurt and CDG, Paris, then onto Calais, Eurotunnel and Peterborough in the midlands. My family and dog are all over then moon!
Darren picked us up at Charles de Gaulle airport in a luxury Mercedes (long wheel) base Vito van with room for my large dog’s crate, along with many bags and plenty of seating. Darren offers hot coffee/tea and even a cooler box with drinks and beer for the 10 hours journey back. You and your animal will be the only ones on board a FULLY LICENCED luxury van and this is NOT always the case… So Ferndale I would recommend him highly for anyone in HK. Darren even said that your paper work is the best; so much that at the Pet Centre in Calais, when they see Ferndale documents they hardly check, as they know all the paperwork is in order!!
